At Angela & David Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that in certain situations you may wish to return a product. Below you will find our complete Return & Refund Policy, clearly outlining the conditions and procedures.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags and labels attached

  • Trying on items is permitted, but items must not be worn beyond fitting.

  • Products deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Costs

As we operate under a global fulfillment (dropshipping) model:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • This includes:

    • International shipping fees

    • Customs duties (if applicable)

    • Import taxes

    • Handling charges

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 – Request Authorization

Within 14 days of receiving your order, include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

After approval, you will receive the return address of our international supplier. In most cases, this address will be located outside your country of residence (for example, in Asia).

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Step 3 – Ship the Product

  • Ship the item at your own expense.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.

  • Keep your proof of shipment until the refund is completed.

Angela & David Toronto is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking confirmation.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item has:

  • Been delivered to the designated return address, and

  • Passed our inspection for compliance with return conditions

We will process your refund within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
